Well, i'm one of the ones around the world, but nearby because i'm from Portugal, and i read spanish very well, writing is a little bit more dificult, but enough to say Hola!

In fact i have a portuguese recipe with a lot of history in an old entrie of my blog, the name is Fogaça da Feira, and i think it cames from medieval ages, i'm going to translat it and put it here, or may be "saint google" could translate it to spanish
I hope i can do it soon

Lamorack! great idea!!! I've been thinking the same thing...it was a bit sad to see that no english speaking bakers dare to participate in this fantastic forum! they are all welcome. The more, the merrier. Today I've written to Mamatkama, the moroccan lady (living in the UK) who has an excellent blog with fantastic bread recipes to come visit us! I hope she does and we can all learn from each other!

Eu para inglês consigo fazê-la, já para castelhano não tenho a certeza de conseguir fazê-lo.
